Rope Logic's Samson 3/4" x 12' Stable Braid Eye Sling

The eye sling is one of the most adaptable tethers for rigging hardware. It securely holds a block, Portawrap, or other device within its eye, using a choking hitch like a cow hitch or timber hitch tied with the running end. While knowledge of knots is essential to use an eye sling effectively, its efficient simplicity is undeniable.

The tightly woven outer jacket of this rope protects the load-bearing inner core from abrasion. Though traditionally favored by arborists, the use of double braids is decreasing in favor of the stronger, more easily monitored 12-strand options.
