STIHL RAPID™ Micro™ Full Skip (RMF) is the skip-pattern version of STIHL RAPID™ Micro™, a 3/8" pitch, .050" gauge chain with a taller profile and more mass than PICCO™ chain, which makes it well suited to larger-displacement chainsaws, and it comes in loops from 60 to 114 drive links for 16" to 36" bars. Extra drive links and tie straps between the cutters give efficient cutting and better chip clearance on tough jobs, along with faster chain speed and smoother running, especially on extended guide bars in oversized logs, while having fewer cutters than standard RM chain shortens sharpening time and still delivers consistent cutting performance. It is a versatile, general-purpose chain for felling, bucking, and limbing that full-time professionals in forestry, agriculture, and construction rely on, and it is recommended for use with STIHL green-labeled, reduced-kickback guide bars for added safety.
