The STIHL ROLLOMATIC ES Light guide bar is engineered to be lightweight, offering up to 30% less weight compared to STIHL ROLLOMATIC E Super guide bars. This innovative design includes long channels milled out from the center of a solid guide bar, covered with a thin steel plate using a special laser welding process.

The reduced weight not only enhances maneuverability but also decreases operator fatigue, particularly with longer bars. Additionally, a replaceable sprocket nose assembly is integrated into the bar, facilitating efficient chain movement and minimizing wear.

Key features include:

  • Narrow bar nose design reduces kickback tendencies.
  • Sprocket nose assembly is replaceable multiple times, extending service life.

Applications: Ideal for high-performance woodcutting with larger displacement professional STIHL chainsaws. STIHL recommends using low-kickback, green-labeled chain and green-labeled reduced-kickback bars on all powerheads.
