Description

The STIHL ROLLOMATIC ES Light guide bar offers up to 30% less weight compared to the STIHL ROLLOMATIC E Super guide bars. This weight reduction is achieved by milling long channels out of the center of a solid guide bar and welding a thin steel plate over the channels using a special laser welding process. The lighter design helps decrease operator fatigue, especially during extended use with longer bars.

Key features include:

  • A replaceable sprocket nose assembly that carries the saw chain smoothly.
  • A narrower bar nose design that reduces wear and kickback tendencies.
  • The ability to replace the sprocket nose assembly multiple times, extending the service life of the guide bar.

Applications: This guide bar is ideal for high-performance woodcutting with larger displacement professional STIHL chainsaws.

For optimal safety and performance, STIHL recommends using low-kickback green-labeled chains and green-labeled reduced-kickback bars with all powerheads.
