Description

The STIHL ROLLOMATIC ES Light guide bar features a design that is up to 30% lighter than the STIHL ROLLOMATIC E Super guide bars. This weight reduction is achieved by milling long channels out of a solid guide bar and then welding a thin steel plate over the channels using a special laser welding process.

The benefits of this reduced weight include:

  • Decreased operator fatigue, making it ideal for longer bars.
  • A replaceable sprocket nose assembly located at the nose of the bar, enhancing durability.
  • Narrower bar nose design, which reduces kickback tendencies.
  • Multiple replacements of the sprocket nose assembly, extending the guide bar’s service life.

Applications: Designed for high-performance woodcutting with larger displacement professional STIHL chainsaws.

STIHL recommends using low-kickback, green-labeled chains and green-labeled reduced-kickback bars on all powerheads.

Note: The actual listed guide bar length may vary from the effective cutting length, depending on the powerhead it is installed on.
