The STIHL ROLLOMATIC ES Light guide bar is engineered for efficiency, boasting up to 30% less weight compared to the STIHL ROLLOMATIC E Super guide bars. This reduction in weight is achieved by:

  • Milling long channels out of the center of a solid guide bar.
  • Welding a thin steel plate over these channels with a special laser welding process.

The lightweight design significantly decreases operator fatigue, especially during prolonged use with longer bars. Additionally, the guide bar features a replaceable sprocket nose assembly that:

  • Helps reduce wear.
  • Allows for a narrower bar nose, aiding in reducing kickback tendencies.
  • Can be replaced multiple times, which extends the service life of the guide bar.

Applications: Ideal for high-performance woodcutting with larger displacement professional STIHL chainsaws.

STIHL recommends pairing this guide bar with low-kickback, green-labeled chains and green-labeled reduced-kickback bars across all powerheads.
